Paying property tax for the first time. I received 2 bills - Normal property tax and supplemental tax. If I pay in 2 installments, there is a due date of 11/1 and delinquent date of 12/10 for 1st installment. Similarly Feb and April for 2nd installment.

Can I pay by 9th/10th Dec and 9th/10th April and not worry about Nov and Jan dates?

You can pay in December and April without incurring any penalties.

Just as a suggestion, just make sure that your taxes are not impounded and that the bill is an actual bill. Congrats on becoming a homeowner.
