I am hoping someone might be able to help me.
My mother and I both work in large casino/hotel properties here in Las Vegas. My mother works in the call center/reservation division for one of the properties.
My question is - what is the wage for a job in this type of field or a similar field?
We are thinking about moving but, I can not find this info anywhere. She is a bit weary because she does not think that it pays as well as in Las Vegas. She currently makes @16.00 an hour.
Any help or information is greatly appreciated!

11-13/hr depending on experience.

Check the bureau of labor statistics website. They have mountains of information on jobs.

Also unemployment rate is about half a % higher than NV.

It depends on the hotel/motel you work at. The fancier hotels such as Marriott, Hyatt, Ritz Carlton, St. Regis, Montage, etc etc will pay somewhere in the neighborhood of 11-13 as the previous poster mentioned. However if you don't find work in one of the larger, nicer hotels you may get stuck in a motel like Ramada, Motel 6, Holiday Inn, etc which pay significantly less, some only pay minimum wage which currently I believe is 8.00/hr. You also need to factor in the cost of living, which is much higher than in Las Vegas and since it doesn't seem like you will be earning a better salary out here it might be wise to consider a job in a different field you are qualified for. Best of luck!
