Hello My husband and I want to move to a place that is fairly affordable live in. I have been doing a lot of research on Oregon So far I was thinking Bend, Eugene, Coravllis, or Ashland. What we are looking for is good schools, Affordable housing, minimal crime & a decent job field. As far as climate goes we would like a place where it does not rain 24/7. Please help with any thoughts, suggestions between these or other towns that would fit my criteria. Any ideas help would be great so thank you in advance .

. We had not had the time to visit and know there is no better advice than people that lived or live there. We are tried of Ca and want a place we can settle down and start a family. 
So far I was thinking Bend, Eugene, Coravllis, or Ashland.
But dont mind if it rains quite a bit just not 365 days a year.
