Does anyone recognize where this video is of a rocky coastline? I've done reverse image searches and nothing has really come up.

For context, this "pack" of clips(this was back in the CD Rom days of stock photography/footage) has another clip that is in Hug Point(near Cannon Beach), as well as one that I found to be in Olympic National Park. I'm assuming that this clip is somewhere in this area

I thought it might be Oceanside too as it kind of looked like it was coming up on Short Beach, so I pulled my photos that I just took a couple of weeks ago as I was sure the big rock was the one I had a photo of, but the peak is off to the side and not in the center like it is in the video.

It might be Cape Meares. I think you are right that it is in that Cape Meares to Oceanside stretch. It is hard looking at it from the ocean side and not standing on the beach.

It doesn't look like 1990s. More like 16mm film from the 1950s or 60s.

The clip shows houses up on top of the cliff. Oceanside seems to be a good bet.
