Several different ones. Rose Hill I think is the one closer to 50. All of them are nice, though closer you get to Lake Florence, I think the nicer and the larger the homes are. I used to live near there in Vizcaya Lakes apartments. Probably the "lower" end of the area.

Still not a bad area I would think (still).

Decent area but it seems very congested with a lot of high density housing. Notice I said "seems" because that's just an opinion. Still, I'd look into how much that high density housing affects acommute times before committing.

High density? Maybe near the 408 and Old Winter Garden Rd, the rest of it (the majority) are SFH.

I live not far from there and it's a good area, but 50 can be very congested. If you like using the toll roads there is an on-ramp right there. After several years avoiding them I've started using the local toll roads and they have drastically altered the ease of getting around. 50 has gotten a little better here since they finished most of the construction in this area.

That's what I'm talking about. There are a LOT of apartments/condo's on that end of GHR.
