I have been hearing about this Creative Village, but I really don't know WHO or WHAT specifically is going to go in there. It sounds like they want to attract high tech schools and students to live there, but I don't know if there's a concrete plan.

Well the UCF digital school is already there so they want to encourage them to expand. Rumor has it that the goal is to lure EA Sports from their Maitland location to be the anchor tenant. On top of that there's FullSail and alot of small simulation technology companies they will try to lure to the Creative Village. It's basically the tech version of the Medical city.

I've heard the developer say he has a major name ready to move in. He wouldn't leak it but did disclose that it wasn't EA or Full Sail (which would be the common guesses).

I'm looking forward to it more or less connecting downtown to College Park via Edgewater without having to go through a potentially shady area. Should be a nice bike ride versus the current ways.

I hope that area is a nice as it looks. that would be a great connector without the shady parts as you suggested. I think thats what I'm in support of the most, revitalizing!

The video screen tunnel under I-4 at Livingston looks awesome. Even better than the work they did to encourage people to walk under I-4 at Church Street.
