I'm planning to open a Thai&Sushi restaurant in Debary. I'm currently live in Hollywood, fl. I have no idea about the location in Debary. I would like to ask more info for who knows this area. Is it good to open a Thai&sushi restaurant in this area?

I'm guessing the OP found a restaurant space for sale/lease there. Most of DeBary isn't exactly upmarket and may not be the best place for either Thai or Sushi though if you could provide an example of where it would help. The west side along US 17-92 north of Highbanks and south of Saxon would be the most ideal as there are some nice higher end neighborhoods through there (Debary Plantation, Glen Abbey and The Swallows).

That's a bit north of the area I had mentioned but think if you were to market to the residents in the neighborhoods mentioned (mail out menus) as well as posting menus on bulletin boards for employees at the hospital you could set yourself up well. Offering delivery to hospital employees could go well too. Good luck!
