Does anyone have any recommendations for "Bakery Pizza" in Central Florida? Doesn't have to be a bakery, but it's the style of pizza with a thick crust, sauce on top and just parm. cheese.

Heres a photo of what I'm talking about. Loved this stuff up north.

Sort of looks like what they called pizza in the school cafeterias when I was a kid in Illinois.....like I said called pizza. gotta have a little veggies, meat, and some greasiness to be pizza.
.Haven't seen it anywhere here in Florida. Why not make it yourself?

It's actually quite good and it's served cold..room temperature. Very popular at kids parties when I was growing up.

If you can't find it in central FL and don't mind a trip to Tampa, check out Alessi Bakery - it's called "scachatta" and I grew up on that stuff - love it! It is hard to find. MMM now I want some!
