Does anyone know what a updated, designer decorated, three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome in Summerport would rent for?

Rental rates in both Summerlake and Independence looks to hover between 1175.00 to 1400.00 monthly.

Not sure why you'd need it to be "updated" as I don't think any of them are over 12 years old.

My mistake. I didn't mean "updated", I meant "upgraded", tile flooring, granite counter tops, etc.

Those are pretty standard these days. To me upgraded means crown
molding, hardwood floors, chef's kitchens with high end apiances, etc.

There is crown molding and high-end lighting with fans and high-end appliances. Doesn't have hardwood floors, I don't like them in Florida anyway and most of them aren't real.

We are in Merrick Landings and our rent is $1300. A lot of renters aren't going to be willing to spend much more for tile etc. unless they are "life long" renters who have no interest in buying (or for whatever reason can afford $1300-1500/mth but would not be able to qualify to purchase - not sure what on earth would be the reason there, though, except for recent foreclosure/bankruptcy.)
