We are going to check out places in both areas and see what we think. We currently live in an area that seems to be comparable to Oviedo...We love it but at the same time we are from Ft. Lauderdale and sometimes miss the conveince having everything "right there". This is a tough decision but I think the only way to choose is to just look around both areas.

True, but you're a few miles out of DP at the point. Hopefully that will be less congested when they build the proposed exit for Downtown Disney within the next few years.
