It's really getting bad, these rental companies/ apt complexes are getting worse and worse, and
not in compliance with state laws. I am making a complaint in behalf of a friend I help move... I called Tally and basically you are on your OWN, they said they would midigate but basically forget it. pay up even if unfair,,, GRRR
. I ahve been bot a collector and a property manager and never heard of such crap.. Lord- it is good Friday..
I am pretty new to Olrando but don't they have a news station/ that helps expose these things?

Apartment complex construction was finished approx. 1 year ago and buildings were listed/are listed as rental apartments. Strange part about this is that initially, signage stated Section 8 Housing. That's bizarre, simply put. Assuming edification in federal section 8 housing issues and graduate classes passed for you posters, odd type of flag to fly. Additionally, one would think that zoning issues would preclude an apartment complex in the middle of this type of real estate. Future planning even contemplated by owners and putting this aside, all might be kosher. However, would you like to live next to 24/7 whistles? On the other hand, there is truly a need for a middle of the road --rental complex or complexes in the area. It's something similar to folks living on Rodeo Drive, yet their help needs to live somewhere close to their employers, malls, bus depots, and the like. PS, and whoever their interior decorators are need to be fired as they must be color blind, painting the walls blue on the inside??? Hmmmm.
