I just acquired my real estate license and Im trying to decide what company I should go with. Is one company better than another? or How do I decide what company is best. Any suggestions on the questions I should ask the Broker?

I would opt for Coldwell Banker. They have more of an upmarket national reputation and in terms of relocation are seemingly better geared toward that part of the market.

All 3 have full time sales people interviewing you. Pick the one that sells you the most!

I had Coldwell Banker when I purchased my home in Orlando. One house I was interested in, the sellers realtor Keller Williams asked me for money for something that my realtor said was totally uncalled for so we immediately dropped that houise. Just my experience. But I thought I had the best realtor ever so it's just a coincidence she works with Coldwell Banker.

Ask about training... KW tends to be good about that.

Ask about leads and what you can expect

Fees?

splits?

What is expected of you regarding duties / performance.

Who provides signs, lock boxes and so forth.

There are many things to learn about. good luck.
