Hello everyone,
I currently live in SC after moving from West Palm a few years ago.. Now i am actively seeking employment in the Orlando area close to downtown in the banking / mortgage industry field as I've over 15 years of experience. I've reached out to a staffing agency and they told me it would be best to move first then seek a job.. Not the brightest idea! Anyone have any other recommendations? I've applied at most banks in the area and some mortgage companies as well but so far nothing.

The problem is nobody talks to you if you are not local and be prepared to come in at the bottom position- I was in banking and after 10 yrs 9-11 happened and my office was closed- never got back up there until I changed venues. You have to be ready to survive several months like at a extended stay and see if you can get in. why not WPB again?

To TinyTrump, seems there are more banking/ mortgage job opportunities in the Orlando area than WPB.. Miami just seems too congested and highly expensive .. To ComSense, I live in the Upstate of SC.
