I signed up for Texas de Brazil's mailing list and they send me coupons all the time (Amazing deals). The first one was a 50% off coupon. Here's a link:

Wilshire- the new Premium Outlets are awesome... way better than the premium outlets on Vineland near Disney. It has all the mall favs like Bath and Body Works, Gap, Saks and on and on. There are so many good deals... Love it!

I will have to check them out. Most my friends made fun of what they used to be so I never bothered going down there. I will make sure I go now; it is a good place to take my family in August when they visit.

No, I come up John Young Parkway to get to both the mall and Bass Pro Shop.
I haven't been to the Outlets since they redid them.

Here's the update on how our anniversary dinner went. We had told the restaurant ahead of time that it was our anniversary so that they'd know we wanted an extra-nice experience. At first, they tried to put us at a table right next to the buffet line and next to a table with a small baby at it, so we asked for a table that felt a little more secluded. We had to wait about 10 more minutes for our request, but it was worth it, as they took us into a back room that felt more private than the main area. We enjoyed the selections of meats immensely! I felt that the only problem was that our server was very inattentive. He rarely came by to check on us, and we had to hunt him down for refills on our iced teas. So I wasn't impressed with the service, but we probably just got a bad waiter. I would definitely go again for the food, though.

Poodlestix, I am so glad to hear you had a good time (at least most of it). I will take your suggestion of getting a secluded area for our visit in a few weeks. Last time I went we were close to the buffet and it was a bit annoying. We had a great waiter though. Can't wait to get some of that yummy meat!
