Had it with Cleveland - too much snow!

What's the vacancy rate in Maitland Fla? - Need a place to live...
Bare minimum... I'm 52 Years old - (No - Wife/Kids/Pets/& Not Looking!)

1) Settle for: Studio Apartment - If so need close storage! or...
2) Need basic: 1 Br / 1Bath / Patio / Laundry Access close by...

3) Price range: $450 to $900 per month depends on Amenities?
4) Any suggestions / recommendations / who do I call?

My neice just got a place in Altamonte Springs for $875/month, which includes utilities. The place is in the Cranes Roost area. Apopka is turning into a good city. Alot of money is being spent to revitalize Apopka.
