I know alot of you are moving to Orlando and are asking where is the best place for you to start. It makes sense to rent until you find that perfect home or wait until the rates come back down... Seeing that we all have a difference of opinion of how much is too much, we should probably lay it on the line. Some people are thinking that $1000 is too much, some $2000 is okay. The difference between some towns and others is over $1000. So when you are asking about Lake Mary, Winter Springs, Oviedo, or wherever... ask about rent prices instead. The question, "Where can I find a decent place to rent for my family of 4 to live in a good school zone and a safe neighborhood for under $1500.00 a month in the Orlando areas?" will get better responses than, "Where should I live?"
