Bay Hill is nice, but you will get a lot less house for your price range. There are plenty of developments in Dr. Phillips that will fit your budget, while still being nice.Your travel agent can show you all the developments. It's a great area, you should have dinner one night at Stonewood Tavern right in Dr. Phillips.

Good deal depends on finding the right seller with the right house, and you can find them in Bay Hill and Dr. Phillips, though not as plentiful as other area's of Orlando. I beleive Bay Hill is served by dr. PHillips high, but check out www.ocps.net to confirm a specific address.

Also check out Turtle Creek, Vizcaya, Phillips Landing, Emerald Forest, Bristol Park, Brentwood, Etc. Lot's of little neighborhoods in that area that are all very nice (not much yards though if that is what you were looking for)

Definitely check out Stonewood Grill, One of my Favorite Restaraunts.
