Hello all,

I've lived in the Orlando area for 25 years but now am thinking of moving to EAST of the Lake Nona area. I don't know anything about this area but I like the "outskirts" location and the fact the the 417 & 408 is nearby is perfect for my family. We have 1 child and will probably have another in the future so I'm looking for a family friendly, SAFE area with GOOD schools. There are some townhomes that we liked in the Moss Park Commons area so we are concentrating our searches here. I heard that there are a lot of foreclosures here and that neighborhood is not stable, full of renters - this would be a problem if this is true.

I wanted to know what you all think of this area... any reviews, info, etc that anyone can give me about the Moss Park, Lake Hart, EAST of the Lake Nona area would be fantastic and greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
