I've been researching homes near the future job (Lake Mary) but been tempted by listings in Oviedo. There is a many more homes to look at in Oviedo (given my needs), but I'm turned off by the thirty minute commute. What are the residential areas between Lake Mary and Oviedo. Any opinions on these areas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Winter Springs and Casselberry. Both are great areas.

a huge lake called lake jessup. with one of the largest alligator populations in the state. and a small part of casselberry. Casselberry is low class though

LOL. Winter Springs is between. Try Tuscawilla area, it's very nice over there.

While some of Casselberry is less than desirable, I don't think the entire area can be considered "low class."

Winter Springs and Casselberry.

Both of which are very nice areas. If you stay away from 436 and 17-92, that area is pretty low class

well I was talking about the 417 corridor inbetween Oviedo and lake Mary, cause that's what I use to travel up to lake mary/Sanford. since I live just a few yards south of Oviedo I take the 417 from Oviedo across lake jessup then I'm in lake Mary. I never go through casselberry and wintersprings because it's out of the way.
