So, I stumbled upon my old Soundwave transformer whle cleaning the shed this weekend. I thought I had lost that thing forever ago. I wish I had the transformer tapes, though. Ah well. Which prompts the questions!
What is/was your favorite toy?
What role do toys play in your life?
Are you talking about collecting?? I collect Barbie Dolls (still in the case), Beanie Babies, Stuffed Animals, interesting little toys and gagets. (Try to keep it down to a minimum) ............... so not to look like a "nursery* in my house
That depends on past or present. Past? I could be here all day naming things LOL. Present? My computer that's a given, hand held tetris (it becomes an obsession), books (do they count?), my daughter's cd player because I'm too much of a loser to buy my own, so I steal hers.
Ahhh, let see here...
Barbies (what little I had since my older brother broke most of them )
TMNT (That's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.. Raphel was the best!)
Legos
I don't remember her name but it was a little stuffed animal/doll thing you slept with and squeezed it and the face lit up.. I love that
Here's my answer from the other thread on the topic:

My dad's an enginerd. He'd bring blueprints home and we would design "cities" and drive our little cars around and have races. Outside, we would build villages in my mother's flower beds. Current owners are probably ~still~ digging little Corvettes out of the flower beds....
I wasn't much of a doll girl, but Barbie sure did teach me a lot about sex.
I would play "nasty barbies" with the older girls in the neighborhood. Ken...poor Ken is gay. Everyone knew that you had to steal your brother's GI Joe in order for Barbie to see any action.
I've saved all my sons Ninja Turtles, Power Rangers, Hot wheels, Legos, Dr. Seuss Books and most of their "kiddy" books. They'll appreciate it when they have kids of their own ........
Shrinky Dinks, although I was a young adult when I discovered them. Now I've found a website that carries all kinds of Shrinky Dink stuff- this thread reminded me that I wanted to order some!
