Default What's the Story Behind Your Posting ID?

Well, I've been a member here for a year now and have enjoyed it. It's fun to read the threads and after awhile, everyone develops his/her own personality.

The handles are interesting and I try to decipher them. Some are pretty obvious and others opaque. For anyone who cares to participate, what are the meanings of your ID's?

Since I started this, I'll go first. If there are any Japanese monster fans here, they may have recognized my handle. My 2 all time faves are Manda and Varan. I couldn't choose between the two so simply combined them. I have to keep them both happy!

Anyone else?

This is probably an obvious one, but I'm originally from New Jersey. (I now live in California.) I first found CD searching for ways to overcome homesickness. So I made my username a sort of funny take on "New Jersey" because it reads like a rap dude or something and I'm a little suburban woman. I just thought it was funny...but as it turns out, it makes LOTS of people think I'm a man! No biggie, I just correct them!

So that's my story.

Cunucu (pronounced kah-NOO-koo) is the inland "wilderness" areas of Aruba, such as they are on such a tiny island. Aruba also has beautiful beaches. There are no beaches in the cunucu but in my case, "beach" is also a euphemism for the "B" word.

I Do Not!
Now if we suddenly see a Username SuperGlue, and we no longer see any postings under VelcroQueen, do not, do not, do not tell us you've changed your name, for whatever reason, or this will come back to haunt you!

That will tell us you simply couldn't resist taking your obsession one step furthur!
