Happy Friday y'all! Here's a little or large tidbit of info you might find interesting next time you're in court. Didja know...........................???

The word testimony came from men in Roman times taking an oath before the court that they were telling the truth. To insure their statements were accurate, they swore on their testicles.

Great. Now I'll think of that every time I read my Bible.

This brings a whole new meaning to the legal phrase: "A hung jury".

Now that I'm 60, and my testicles are on strike 51 1/2 weeks of the year, what would I have to lose if I didn't tell the truth!

But given my fading memory, and my final testimony contradicting my earlier testimony, off they'd go anyway!
