I have to go to clinical review at work tonight. Just kill me now. It's going to be difficult with a broken ankle. If I don't do it tonight I have to do a one on one with my boss, an even bigger pain.
I'll be relaxing to a homemade meal and then spend time gathering health and nutrition information, along with some recipes, for a few of my customers at work tomorrow. I love cooking and studying health and nutrition. I like helping people out with good and healthy information and techniques instead of resorting to so many chemicals and pills.
I was off work today so I cooked two meals and baked chocolate chips cookies, put away some summer clothes and did some laundry. Tonight I don't watch anything on TV so I plan on watching one of the movies I taped on my DVR. Probably J. Edgar with Leonardo DiCaprio.
After work this evening, I went directly to a meeting a couple of towns away. Got home just before 10 p.m. Long day!

I took advantage of DH's eye exam appointment to dust and vacuum, a job that goes much easier and faster when I have the house all to myself. Later we watched part of the debate, went out for Italian food, and came home to watch the commentary afterward (and check the Yankees-Lions score).
Watching the debate, and then dealing with issues of other personal importance ( without wine )..... Tomorrow is another busy day..... and I've got to get ready for it.
