I have to tootle off to pick up Miss J today. She's home for Christmas and as she's away from Uni for a month needs help with her luggage.
Train or car? Hmm.
Following on from a previous peeve wondering who sent that card to you, here is the reverse issue that has been plaguing Mrs J this afternoon- what is so and so's address?
I still have my trusty Filofax which I prefer to electronic alternatives and Mrs J was looking through her old address book, with its many scribblings and amendments.

Yep the good ol easy way days, now if they move and don't notify you you're lost.
A few of the pages in my hard-copy address book are a mess of scribbles and amended addresses. Some people move around a lot, and it's hard to keep up with their current addresses! If I'm not certain of someone's address when I send out my Christmas cards, I'll not send one because I'd hate to have wasted the postage if the card was undeliverable.
