Happy Monday June 24 to everyone, welcome to QOTD.

Today’s Question:
How many rugs/carpets (of any size) do you have in your home ? 6, 2 carpets, 4 throw rugs.

Extra Credit:
Do you have an abandoned (or still maintained) blog, either on CD or elsewhere ? Have never blogged anywhere. I did get flogged once on the ship 'The Bounty' in Australia. Wow that smarted.

Do you find the following activities exciting/scary/boring-or “other”:

Going under bridges ? Normal, no big deal.
Going over bridges ? Normal, no big deal.
Going through tunnels ? Depends, real long ones are scary when you run out of gas.
Going on amusement park rides ? Exciting, especially those roller coasters that go high, twist, upside down, swing left, swing right, go bumpity bump, clickity clack and stop.

Just for Fun:
Is there a type of store or public place you choose to avoid, because you’d be tempted to overspend (and/or clutter up your home) ? Any Home Improvement Center.

Good job bjh, enjoy your week...

Today’s Question:
How many rugs/carpets (of any size) do you have in your home ?

I have carpeting in my living room and bed room.

Extra Credit:
Do you have an abandoned (or still maintained) blog, either on CD or elsewhere ?

I have a blog here on CD. Have not done much with it as of late.

So far I have not come across a bridge that I was not ok with crossing. The same holds true with tunnels. Amusement park rides are another story. I tend to avoid them as most of them involve me being upside down at some point.

Just for Fun:
Is there a type of store or public place you choose to avoid, because you’d be tempted to overspend (and/or clutter up your home) ?

Not really. Once I have made up my mind I want something, no matter how hard I try to resist the item finds a way to follow me home.

Today’s Question:
How many rugs/carpets (of any size) do you have in your home ?
Fitted carpet in three of the four bedrooms and one hallway - four rugs on non-carpeted areas.

Extra Credit:

Do you have an abandoned (or still maintained) blog, either on CD or elsewhere ?
Nope.

Going under bridges ?
I don't mind driving under bridges, but I hate being stopped (eg traffic lights) under a bridge. I used to dream I was being chased under a bridge when I was little, and I could never get away.
Going over bridges ?
Some are pretty boring and some are really good - I like those where you can see the scenery around you. I used to live right near the Sydney Harbour Bridge - they don't come much better than that!
Going through tunnels ?
No problemo - can be boring.
Going on amusement park rides ?
Not the ones where you go too fast and/or get turned upside down. Ferris wheels are good.

Just for Fun:

I'm not much of a shopper, or an impulse buyer, but can go overboard if let loose in a music store (CDs).

Thanks Cloven.

Hope everyone has a good start to the week.

Going through tunnels ? Exciting.
Going on amusement park rides ? Fun.

Today’s Question:
How many rugs/carpets (of any size) do you have in your home ?
Wall to wall carpeting plus three small rugs in the uncarpeted areas.
Extra Credit:
Do you have an abandoned (or still maintained) blog, either on CD or elsewhere ?
Never had a blog, but I am a moderator on a very small forum that has lost most of its members since the Facebook craze kicked in and is for all intents and purposes dead.

Going under bridges ?
Boring
Going over bridges ?
Slightly scary considering some recent news stories
Going through tunnels ?
Boring
Going on amusement park rides ?
Scary, except the relatively tame ones like the Tilt-a-Whirl

Just for Fun:

Not any more, because I'm at the age when I want to get rid of stuff, not acquire more.

Thank you, cloven! That picture is trippy.
