Hello All,

Pam has come up with yet another great idea. We don't get much snow in the Bay Area but some of those rainy days can feel extra cold when your feet are wet.

As good as it is, my favorite is still an old fashioned foot rub.

A GOOD UNDERSTANDING

Okay, the title is a pun because this Tip is about feet! Understanding - Feet.
Get it? Sorry, I couldn't help myself.

Here's the Tip. Put antiperspirant on your feet before you go hiking or running.
It'll help prevent blisters and, surprisingly, will also help keep your feet warmer
in winter.

I wonder if they come in different flavors. So when I put my foot in my mouth again I’ll enjoy strawberry or peppermint, etc…………………

Could be! I actually use regular antiperspirant on my feet on hot summer days. It keeps my feet fresher and cooler. So it works double-duty, I guess. I never tried it in winter before. Wish I'd remembered to use it this morning, before I went out to shovel snow again.
