Those "Keep Calm and....... " slogans!

They used to be quite cool at the beginning, but just annoying now!

And "Hi.... I know you're really busy right now, but....."

^^^^^^^ I agree !

Can't stand hearing "Having said that ..."

I just heard what you said - now why are you saying having said that ?! Annoying !

If someone is making a point and now they're going to say the opposite better to say "conversely ..." It sounds better and is clear they are aware of intentionally saying the opposite. Although I've heard people say "having said that ..." when they're not making an opposite statement !

Words or phrases I am so tired of hearing:

Legit

Yolo

Bible (apparently a Kardashian phrase)

When people say " I could care less" ugh... "I couldn't care less"

A few more, mostly from YouTube:

"My reaction to..."
"Thumbs up if..." How about I break their thumbs? *snickering*
"(Insert trendy thing) brought me here"

For goodness sake! Did you call her, visit her, text her, e-mail her.......or "reach out" and grab her by the neck?
I've never used this expression, but cringe when I hear it.

Now that's what I call My Pet Peeve of the Day.
I loooooooooooooooathe the way it is used now.

I have never understood the slang and abbbreviated terms being acceptable.
I was taught from a very young age to speak clear, concise English using full words and sentences.
Anything else was not acceptable.
I just saw another word that irks me quickly.
The word is *government* not *gubment*, in my opinion if you want your opinion to be taken seriously then present yourself as such.
