I never understood how one could be "in a pickle" when referring to an issue that needs to be resolved.

I also had a snack a wee bit ago, 3 mini gherkins.

My pickle of choice is the zesty crunchy dill pickle. I often kick the zesty part up a notch by adding more garlic and some crushed red peppers.

I love the pickles that they put on the burgers...I refused to eat them when I was young...never knew what I was missin'. Think I'll buy a jar today.

Pickles...yummy the best ones I used to eat when mother made her own year round and they were great snacks for us..I do not know what she put in the brine,but I always felt fresh and energetic after
We still go through a jar of pickles a week.
