You have to slowly ease into retirement ... if you do it to quick you end up with a vacuum.. so everything is done slowly..
Your day starts ... when "YOU" start your day... then you ease into it slowly... don't rush.. a quick power nap in the afternoon before going out to the early bird supper... then home to unbuckle for guys.. and become a beached whale in the recliner.. and degas while watching reruns.. a quick snack and off to bed by 9-9:30.. so you can do it all over again the next day..
