In the car, I currently have a CD I burned from some of my iTunes purchases with an eclectic mix of songs: Don't Worry Baby (Beach Boys), Bo Diddley (Bo Diddley), Whiskey Lullabye (Brad Paisley), Summer of '69 (Bryan Adams), Rock The Casbah (The Clash), Let's Dance (David Bowie), Here With Me (Dido), Some Kind of Wonderful (Drifters), Neither One of Us (Gladys Knight and The Pips), You Can't Walk Away From Love (Gloria Estefan), Mockingbird (Inez and Charlie Foxx), Flightless Bird, American Mouth (Iron and Wine), Sober (Little Big Town), The One Who Really Loves You (Mary Wells), I'd Do Anything For Love (Meat Loaf), Run On (Moby), Supermassive Black Hole (Muse), Undercover of The Night (Rolling Stones), Brown Eyed Girl (Van Morrison).

What do you listen to or hear while driving, walking or riding public transport? Driving: either the local news radio station, the oldies station, the classical station, the jazz station or the NPR station. At the holidays I listen to the pop station that plays all Christmas music.
Walklng or riding public transport: Nothing. I like to be aware of my surroundings at all times when I am in public. There have been numerous thefts of smart phones in my city. Thieves take advantage of people who are distracted and yank the devices right out of their hands, then run. So I keep mine put away whenever I am out in public. I have an iPod Nano with an armband that I use to listen to music or radio when I am at the gym.
