Today's Meandering Questions:
Are you ready to strut your funky stuff?

What's the source of the last music you heard? Classic rock on my car radio a little while ago.

Is your laundry detergent a liquid or a powder? - Liquid, and I just finished 2 loads tonight.

The other day I put on a clean t-shirt I hadn't worn in a while and felt a simple moment of joy.
What's something that's given you a moment of joy?
- Getting a $500.00 bonus at work on Monday. It's not enough to keep me there as I want out.

Which trees have you noticed budding leaves or flowers or what have you? - On my walk around a lake.

It's Make Up Your Own Holiday Day. (For real.) What holiday will you declare? National Science Day, on Jonas Salk's birthday October 28.

Where or how have you felt trapped? - Now. I'd like to escape this area and the insane traffic we have here to get a better paying job, or a lower cost of living.

What video moment(s) do you wish you could catch on hidden camera? - Anyone doing another person wrong, like the 2 thugs that mugged and tried to kill me back in 1999.

On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being best, how comfortable are you swimming or treading water? - 8. I can swim good and float even better.

Foodie Questions:
Donut or bagel?
- Doughnut, but after a trip to the doctor today I know I must cut out both.

Today I'd like a slice of the good life.

We're sitting out on a deck by a lake having a drink. What's yours? Wegman's Sparkling Lime Water. I'm having one right now.

Thanks, bjh
Hope everyone has a great Thursday!

International Sister Cities Day Meh. I'd rather celebrate International Sisters Day.
Legal Assistants Day (Your day, Pam?) If you use the word interchangeably with "paralegal," then yep!
Nougat Day I don't much like this. I'd rather have chocolate.

This Week Includes:
Cleaning Week I'm behind on this at home; wish I could have a free day to get caught up.
International Listening Weekend, 26-28 What?

Today's Springy Pictures: another two-fer

Today's Meandering Questions:
Are you ready to strut
your funky stuff? I need to be in the right frame of mind first.

What's the source of the last music you heard? My car radio about an hour ago.

Is your laundry detergent a liquid or a powder? Liquid.

The other day I put on a clean t-shirt I hadn't worn in a while and felt a simple moment of joy.
What's something that's given you a moment of joy? Most recently, seeing my car sparkling clean after not getting cleaned for almost 2 months.

Which trees have you noticed budding leaves or flowers or what have you? My pomegranate tree in the backyard has some blooms on it.

It's Make Up Your Own Holiday Day. (For real.) What holiday will you declare? Chocolate Holiday. All the chocolate you want to eat without getting cavities or gaining weight.

Where or how have you felt trapped? A job I worked about 4-5 years ago. I wanted to quit but the economy was bad, jobs were scarce and I needed the money. So I hung in there until my department was eliminated, then I was able to collect unemployment until I landed the job I now have, which I truly enjoy.

What video moment(s) do you wish you could catch on hidden camera? There's already a TV show for that kind of thing: Cheaters - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I've never seen it but I don't know if I'd want to.
On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being best, how comfortable are you swimming
or treading water? Probably about a 5. I just stay in shallow water, preferably in a swimming pool.

Foodie Questions:
Donut or bagel? Doughnut, which I rarely eat anymore.

Today I'd like a slice of German chocolate cake.

We're sitting out on a deck by a lake having a drink. What's yours? Frozen lemonade.

Enjoy your Friday eve (Thursday)!
