Did my chocolate (or the last chocolate you enjoyed) have anything in it like nuts or crisped rice or raisins, etc? No, it was a bar of white chocolate, and they don't muck it up with other stuff.

Or what about an extra flavor like mint or orange or so on? Yeck

Hunches, intuition, etc.? I think two different things can be at work. First, the mind collects bit and pieces of info, and at a certain point discovers or makes up a pattern - in the first case you have something that comes true, in the second you arrive at a conspiracy theory. On the other hand, we can have yearnings that are very strong and when one of them comes true we may feel that we "knew" this was going to happen, when in fact we were hoping it would.

Number key.

Foodie Questions:

Pass, but they're okay. I haven't had one in a long time.

Okay, if it's in front of me or I am at a hotel that has one of those homemade makers I'll just take just syrup and butter.

Thanks, bjh.

What else have you stepped on barefoot and lived to regret? Not me, but when I was 7 or 8 my father stepped on a dead wasp and got stung. For that reason I don't go barefoot outside in the yard anymore. It was near a big bush that gets flowers every summer and attracts them and bees by the dozen.
