I didn't see anything wrong with the interviewer. Someone sent her there to do the job, and it certainly wasn't Flossie. She did NOT look thrilled to be interviewed or have a fuss made over her birthday. What I did notice was how good she looks for 110. I've seen many people in their 80's that look older than her.
^^ I wondered about that, too. In fact wonder if she exaggerated her age at some point to get attention. She looks like she's in her 70s at the most. If she is verifiably 110, they need to study her DNA to find out how or why she's aged so slowly. There's nothing wrong with the interviewer. She's making the best of having to interview an uncooperative person who may be enjoying the attention and drama of look-at-me-I-don't-care more than she lets on.

Not the way I'd want to end my years, either.

No kidding. I thought she looked like she was in her 70s, too.
Loved this exchange:
Q. "Are you excited for your party?!"
A. "Not. one. bit."
