See Mutt there's hope for both of us. I'll stop eating so much sugar if you'll try some broccoli with stinky cheese. Deal?

(Can we start after Easter when all those chocolate covered marshmallow bunnies are gone? Must eat them ears first.)
Then you will stretch it yo Halloween if I know you.

I would rather let a car run over my foot than eat broccoli with my stinky cheese.

Oh you guys know me too well.

Oh come on Mutt eating broccoli with stinky cheese is far less painless then having your feet run over by a car. How about some home made beef and broccoli stir fry over some healthy brown rice?

Who else has some fun ways to cook broccoli?

Whether you like broccoli or not you'll love this...

"Broccoli Casserole":

Ingredients

Minute Rice ~~ 2 cups uncooked
Broccoli Cuts ~~ Frozen ( regular size) Bag
Medium Onion~~ Chopped
Butter ~~ one stick
1 can cream of mushroom soup ~~ Campbell's Reg. size can is best!!
1 small jar Cheeze Whiz

Saute onion in butter, cook rice according to package directions, cook broccoli. Mix cooked, buttered onion, drained broccoli, cooked rice, soup and cheeze whiz and pour into a buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until hot throughout.

NOTE: we always double or triple these amounts to make for large crowds.

Take fresh broccoli and stir fry in butter. Pour over brown rice. Toss until well mixed. Toss in garbage. Eat double cheese burger instead.
