Today's Question(s):
Did you or yours ever comb hair using Brylcreem?
No, that was a guy thing. Girls used Jo-Cur setting lotion, Dippity Do, hair spray or VO5.

What's something besides Brylcreem where, 'a little dab'll do' - does NOT have to be a hair product?
Red pepper flakes.

My parents' divorce.

No, because Mr. Bay is more than a foot taller and more than 100 lbs. heavier than I am. He's the 500-lb. gorilla, and he usually gets his way.

Foodie Questions:
Peanut butter in the jelly or mayo in the mustard.
No!!!
Have you double dipped spoons or knives in condiments or notice when others do?
Only when I'm alone or with Mr. Bay.

Not OK.

All of the above plus Clorets, Wrigley's Spearmint, Adams Grape Gum, Beeman's, Teaberry, Clove and Black Jack.

Today's Question(s):
Did you or yours ever comb hair using Brylcreem? No, but when I was a kid, sometimes my dad would put pomade in my hair. Yuck!

What's something besides Brylcreem where, 'a little dab'll do' - does NOT have to be a hair product? A little water from a spray bottle.

An interest you like to dabble in: Geography or demographics.

Do you know what a mud dauber is? Yes, in fact, I saw one buzzing around my front door yesterday when I came home from work. Not exactly the welcoming committee I wanted!

Someone named Deb or Debbie: Debby Ryan.

A place or situation you found yourself "smack dab in the middle of": When I used to have long commutes to work on our congested freeways, one time I was caught in the middle of a traffic jam due to an accident up ahead and there was no way for me to get off and take the surface street. Good thing was I wasn't the only one late to work that day.

Bonus:

I remember all listed below.
-Double mint gum?
-Carefree gum?
-Big red?
-Dentyne?
-Juicy fruit?
-Other gum, remind us? Freshen Up, the gum that goes "squirt."

Just for fun:
If you had a double, someone who looked just like you, what sneaky shenanigan
might you try - like send him/her as a substitute for you when or where? Maybe send him to a family gathering and see how long he gets away with it. He might not fool my parents for very long, though.

Enjoy your almost-Friday!

Howdy, neighbors! Let's have some fun with . . .

Today's Question(s):
Did you or yours ever comb hair using Brylcreem?
About 30 years ago I had to use some kind of hair goop for a few days after getting a really crappy haircut.

What's something besides Brylcreem where, 'a little dab'll do' - does NOT have to be a hair product?
Drawing a blank on this one. I am not known for only using a little of anything.

An interest you like to dabble in:
Not exactly dabbling but I like to watch people really get stupid when driving during an ice storm.

Do you know what a mud dauber is?
I think I do. Then again maybe I don't.

Someone named Deb or Debbie:
The was a Debbie I knew 40 years ago that broke my heart when she got married.

A place or situation you found yourself "smack dab in the middle of":
When an international airline passenger flight diverted to a remote airport in Alaska my idiot co-worker gave out our office phone number as the primary point of contact for that airline. I got calls from TV and radio stations from all over the world wanting updates. I also got calls from every relative and friend of all the passengers on the flight. Over 100 passengers were injured and had to be airlifted to Anchorage. Soon I was getting calls from all four hospitals, the military, hotels and a bunch of people claiming to be relatives. All I could do is give everyone the airlines phone number. Many times when I told the caller that I could not give out any information they would call right back claiming to be someone high up in my company. When that did not work they would call back claiming to be with the police department. Over the course of a couple days I had about 50 different people that could barely speak English claiming to be FAA investigators come to my office trying to get information. I also got lots of calls from people that could barely speak English claiming to be lawyers that were going to have me arrested if I did not give them information. Then to things even worse my idiot co-worker was my relief and called in sick 5 minutes before the start of his shift. I got stuck working an additional 12 hours in addition to my scheduled 12 hours. And since I was his relief I had to work yet another 12 hours. I put up with this crap for 36 hours straight.

Bonus:
Have you called dibs on:
-A seat in a car?
-A remote control?
-Food or drinks?
-Other?

Foodie Questions:
Peanut butter in the jelly or mayo in the mustard.
I can live with peanut butter in the jelly.

Have you double dipped spoons or knives in condiments or notice when others do?
Maybe. But I am a master at deception and can do it without getting caught.

How do you feel about double dipping chips and dip?
I do it all the time...when at home and by myself.

Do you use or remember:
-Double mint gum?
-Carefree gum?
-Big red?
-Dentyne?
-Juicy fruit?
-Other gum, remind us?
I remember all of them. Can add Bazooka Bubble Gum

Just for fun:
If you had a double, someone who looked just like you, what sneaky shenanigan
might you try - like send him/her as a substitute for you when or where?
Can I have him go to my doctor appointments?
