At home, if you consume a beverage that is already cold, do you add ice to it?
Sometimes, usually I prefer cold water without the ice though.
If you drink coffee and/or tea, do you put creamer and/or sweetener in it? If so, what kind of creamer and/or sweetener do you use? Usually. There are a few exceptions. Some tea tastes fine on their own, no need for sugar/sweetener.
Have you ever mixed coffee instead of water into hot cocoa mix? (It's yummy! )
Haven't tried that yet.
Lemonade or iced tea?
I like both....right now it would be lemonade though.
Have you ever drunk water out of an outdoor hose?
As a child.

Yes, unfortunately when I was a child....

When I drink water at home it's slightly on the cool side, no ice and a mix of room temperature and cold but mostly room temperature.
