What's with those big ass baby strollers that all of the yuppie moms are pushing now. Is it some kind of "statement" they're trying to make?
I can be walking down the street and out of nowhere here comes the soccer mom pushing the stroller( and of course drinking coffee from you know where). What gets me is they expect me to move out of their way, I was on the sidewalk long before they showed their wide Moderator cut: bleepup and now they look at me as if I am in their way.
Do they really need a $700 stroller to push some Moderator cut: bleep-insert kid around in? Is this some type "I'm in the incrowd" statement or something?
And don't get me started on the "double-wide" strollers. Why in the Moderator cut: bleep would anyone push a stroller that takes up the whole Moderator cut: removed damn side walk?
Every time I go to a store I always find myself holding the door for those damn soccer mons and their "18 wheelers".
Have any of you seen these strollers, they're huge!!!!!
When we were kids we had a little stroller and that was it. To Moderator cut: bleep with a stroller, make those little Moderator cut: bleep -insert kids walk!!!

I've been around here a long time and Never seen such a post as this one...It really stuck out - So for those who do know me, I shall give my 2 cents, or then some...
Athough, I don't take posts to heart - calling someone a wide a$$ isn't cool, it's disrespectful. Especially a "mom" pushing her child.
I have little kids - how can you call a child a bass a$$ brat, when you don't even know them? Bitter Much, Sir???...You must not be married nor have children.
Oh Yes, lets make our newborns and very young infants walk the streets (DUH)...
Sorry but this whole post made me laugh. And For the Record - I do use a stroller!!!!!!
I prefer my bigger stroller (although it's doesn't have big wheels, or takes up the whole sidewalk) to one of those small 15.00 ones you can buy at Walmart...
Psst - double strollers are usually used for parents of twins!!!!!
Wow, dude! I thought I could go on a rant. I bow to your prowess! Some wide a$$ mom musta really pi$$ed you off! I don't think I've ever seen that much red in a single post.
I'm guessing he's talking about a travel system, not a stroller. A car seat and a base that the car seat fits into that becomes a stroller. I'm also guessing he would be the first one to rant about some %$#@*&^ mother who had an accident and had her child in a seat that was not strong enough to do the job. Quality takes material, material takes room. Grow up and move over.

Attention getter???????? Lot of red there, guy. And I bought one of those BIG strollers for my younger son and his wife for their firstborn. They love it and use it everywhere. Just wish that I had one when my children were tots.
Of course strollers are nice to have, but if I wasn't using my Snugli, a simple umbrella stroller was big enough for me.
I do find those truly humungous strollers rather obnoxious.
At my former preschool, some of the moms would push their supersized strollers right into the classroom, creating bottlenecks while blocking everyone's way, like some sort of SUV in a parking lot.
Holding your kid, or <gasp!> having them walk, is indeed possible and often preferable. Some bus systems and shopping areas have had to ban strollers because of the trouble they can cause.
