To do list?

just make it through the day!

gotten a ticket while driving? No, the officer usually pulled me over first! (Okay, sorry...couldn't resist!) Yes, I have gotten some tickets. No, I have never tried to talk them out of one, but there have been a couple of times when they let me go with just a warning.

One of the police officers I used to work with at the bank told me one time that he was "negotiable" about almost any ticket unless you were speeding in a school zone. He said the only way you could talk him out of it then was if you were on your way to the hospital to deliver a baby or you were having a heart attack!

Item with a motor? new car I suppose!

Today's Question(s)

Whats on your "to do list" for today ?
Back to work. After work I have an eye appointment. Then I have to bake a pumpkin cheesecake that I've been promising to make.

Bonus Question:

Have you ever gotten a ticket while driving ?
One.

Have you every tried talking your way out of getting a ticket ?
Several. Usually I'm asked where I've been, so we chat... The one ticket I did get was in Massachusett's. If you live in the North East that's enough said.

Did it work ?
Yes, three times!

Extra Credit Question:

The "Motor Fairy" (brother-in-law to the floor fairy) is going to stop by your house, what item with a motor would you like him to drop off ?
I need a new riding lawnmower, but that's no fun. So, I think I'll say an airplane. I've always wanted my pilot's license.

Good morning Karla.

Today-I'm going to pick out my dress for our son's wedding in March! I'm excited, nervous, anxious.

No-thankfully never have had a ticket or been pulled over and hope my luck continues.

Motor-yes a larger snowblower or a plow to dig out every other day!

Hamburger Day-bring it on w/cheese and fried onions.

Today's Question(s)

Whats on your "to do list" for today ? Take down the Christmas tree, the lights, and decorations..

Bonus Question:

Have you ever gotten a ticket while driving ? LOL.. Ughh.. yeah I have, but it was tough for the police officer to hand me the ticket, and for me to sign it, while I was going 90 MPH... - Sorry Karla, I couldn't resist.. I've had a few tickets, mostly speeding, and two for running stop signs. I haven't gotten any tickets in almost 7 years, but I remember one time I got 2 speeding tickets on the same day, and within one hour of each! That was in September of 1982.

Have you every tried talking your way out of getting a ticket ? Nope.

Did it work ? See the answer above.

Extra Credit Question:

The "Motor Fairy" (brother-in-law to the floor fairy) is going to stop by your house, what item with a motor would you like him to drop off ? The whaaaat? Motor Fairy? I don't know... A Cessna 182?

On my "to do list" is to eat healthy food and take my vitamins.

Never had a ticket while driving.

I think it would be fun to own an electric car.

Were the two tickets from the same cop?
