I wish I was 30 again but I"m glad to be alive at 53.

Yes, but you shouldn't. I actually liked turning 30. I looked more like 25 but appreciated the wisdom I earned so far. And it turned out that the 30's is when I felt best, was at my peak physically, and was making more sound decisions and having the most fun ever. If I had to pick at age to stay at permanently, it be 35.

This could be your best decade yet.

I think the turning point showing signs of aging is 45 years. Both of my parents have seen a severe drop in physical health after this age. My dad struggles to bend over, and he is 51. Mom has back pains every day at the age of 48. They both shiver uncontrollably the moment its below 50 F. Wonder whats wrong with them now. Why such a rapid deterioration in health. They were both in good shape a couple years back.

I'm in my second 30's and definitely liked the first round better.

I liked my 30s as well. My 20s even more.

I truly hate aging. I'd rather not deal with it but I will hang in there.

Those in your 30s enjoy it while you can. The years will sneak up on you so fast you are not going to know what hit you.

30 ... Happy Birthday... LOL I have shoes that old... watching the news tonight and this week starts the British invasion 50 years ago this week end.. I'm thinking what I was doing at that time.. Putting on the Brylcreem and slicking back the hair. Getting ready to go out cruising. It all goes by in a flash.. savor the memories and keep notes tucked away. And years from now when you sit down to read that old novel you got and you come across that little scarp a paper saying on this date I was doing this..
