I love that "Have a yard sale option"
That would be my way of taking advantage of the crowd the ad is sending my way
I would also invite the neighbors to add some of their stuff to the yard sale to calm them down and allow them to also take advantage of the added traffic to the neighborhood...
I would think it could take a week or two of effort to stop all the advertising that might have been contracted. Not knowing who started it, or if they were the ones that are no longer employed by the company makes things harder.
It’s a good thing that most everyone advertising has the correct address for the listings the first time. My home address seems to get mixed up with a like address all the time. I live at ?? East Street and we always have people going to ?? West Street.
Best thing to do for a couple of weeks is to take advantage of the possible customers and open a lemon aid stand to make extra money as well a huge yard sale.
I think I'd DEMAND they have a very large retraction printed up (it better run just as long and frequent as the first one) AND every form of advertisement they used they had best get it cleared up. Or I will get an attorney and send the bill to them. Sorry but in no way would I find any humor in that happening. Totally would stress me out.
Consider my 3 dogs go nuts anytime someone comes near the house
I would become their "worst nightmare" until they "fixed" the problem
lol this squeaky wheel would need lots of grease
