Hey, better late than never
! Sorry for the internet problems.
This may sound very silly, but my happy thing today is that our ball python we thought was dying, shed his skin this morning (that is a good thing in snake world
)!!! I have stressed out about this for 3 months. He quit eating, wouldn't shed, and looked pretty lifeless - - - Then I gave him a bath, in which he pooped, passed alot of gas
(yes, snakes do pass gass
), and Tah Dah - - - he shed this morning
!!
I am not completely out of the woods - I have to see if he will eat, but at least something is happening
!

... lmao! you are not weird. I am happy your little rat eater got cleaned inside and out! Sometimes you just need a little help... cleaning the old pipes ain't always easy especially if your pipes are almost you whole body.
