Looking For A New CellPhone Plan (school, live in, vacations)

Hello,
I will soon be an international student in Ontario this coming school year. I live in the United Sates now and am looking for a cell phone plan that will work internationally between Canada and America, both for unlimited texting and a few hundred minutes of calling.

What I need in a cell phone plan:
-Unlimited outgoing texting to phones in Canadian AND in America.
-Unlimited incoming texting to my phone which will be in Canada.
- A few hundred international and national (Canadian) minutes for calling.

I'm looking for a cell phone plan that will also provide me with international texting and calling while I spend time in America during vacations and summer. I don't want to have to go through the pain of having to switch between two different phones and service providers whenever I cross the border.

Can anyone brainstorm possible ideas for me?! Thank you! :)

I agree, just be careful. I am currently with wind and areas such as Barrhaven for example are just in the coverage zone. I have unlimited everything for $45.20 (that's with the tax)/month.

Make sure to turn off roaming if you go near the coverage area. First month with Wind I was in Barrhaven quite often and roaming was on so it picked up the Mannotick tower (roaming), even though I still had coverage in Barrhaven with my plan, the phone will search for the best signal.
