My husband and I joked once that we should start a "nose job" fund for our kids as we were both blessed with an overabundance in that area. I even had mine worked on when I was a teen. Fortunately they didn't develop anything worth fixing.
I think this story was spun for dramatic purposes and seems to have had the desired effect.
i'm all for wanting to look good, but this is ridiculous.
As a mom myself, I think she's setting a horrible example for her daughter by even talking about this at such a young age. I bet the mom even thinks it'll be ok for her daughter to start wearing provocative clothing at such a young age too. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the mom is already prancing around in revealing clothing in front of her daughter.
