RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — State legislators passed a law Saturday that would require adults who French kiss a child younger than 13 to register as a sex offender.

This is the USA and not France. If you wish to kiss a child, you give them an American kiss. If you want to kiss a child in France, I don't care. But their folks might.
