This lawsuit was filed in India. I don't know anything about Indian law, but someone quoted in the article said the lawsuit is contrary to the Indian constitution, so probably won't be successful. The lawsuit would go nowhere in the US; in fact any lawyer filing such a lawsuit could be sanctioned for filing a frivolous action.
