Hi -

Looking to move to Wilson School District in Berks County. Don't know too much about the area and where to avoid. What neighborhoods are considered to be desirable within the middle class price range (looking to spend no more than $250,000)? Thanks for your input!

Spring Township area is all Wilson School district.... Sinking Spring area.
Not sure about the price range, no new homes in that range that I have seen though. Lower 300's for new construction right now, but much higher in certain areas.

Wilson is a great School District though!

As the above poster stated Spring Township area is what you are looking for. Look for names like West Lawn, Sinking Spring, Whitfield, Drexelwood to name a few. Whitfield/Drexelwood might be a good place to look for homes in your price range. Not exactly sure what type of home you are looking for but you could probably find some condos in that price range also.

I really can't think of any bad places in the township.

If you look on a real estate site such as realtor.com look for homes under the zip codes of 19609 and 19608.
