Here we go again...I recently relocated to Delaware from the Sunshine State and I must say, I hate it here. The area is way behind time, the school are terrible and it took me awhile to become acclimated to days without the sun. I would like to stay because my family here so I am looking to relocate to somewhere in PA. Either Montgomery County or Delaware County. Can anyone give an estimate or tell me where to go to find the following?

Delaware vs. PA ? . . . please !

Please, DE can't compare to PA. You only want to go there to shop tax free.
Southern Chester County is close enough to do that, as is southwestern DelCo. Southern ChesCo is more rural and there isn't much difference between the school taxes unless you go to West Chester (cheapest taxes in the county), but the prices are higher there.
BTW: it's sunny every day, the clouds just get in the way sometimes.
