There are claims going around in the Maryland forum that Pennsylvania isn't Northeastern. My experience proves otherwise. Your thoughts?

Pennsylvania is Southwestern.

Mid-Atlantic. But if we remove that option, then of course it's Northeastern vs Southeastern.

The US Census Bureau does not include PA in it's definition of the Northeast, but the Library of Congress does. Just depends on the context/who you ask.

^ new york, new jersey, pennsylvania, delaware, maryland. according to some sources. and so new england would be their version of "north east". but i don't buy this theory lol. PA is north east... anything from DC up is north east
