I want to purchase a parcel of vacant land (30+ acres). The last survey done was in early 2000. At the time, the owner made the lot "non buildable". They are now selling and want it to be "buildable". I do have an attorney and the sellers working on things but I'm someone that wants to know the process and I can't find anyone that knows the steps and time frames we're looking at. There has been a perc test done a year ago which passed. What will need to be done to have the survey change and what amount of time are we looking at having this completed? I was only told that DEP needs to approve and something about having a sewage module done? Thanks for any help!
