Anyone here really know if/how it works at Pennie? The two people I have contacted via Pennie have been absolutely clueless, so I thought I would ask here. The Pennie subsidy calculator seems to offer a subsidy way past the normal/usual 400% Above Poverty Level (APL) income cut-off, with the workers saying the calculator is merely an estimate. Estimate is absolutely not what I want to hear having fallen off the cliff a few years back, costing me $6000. I have read the ACA has such adjustments for this year and the next FWIW, and it seems this may hold true for Pennie as well.

Anyone here understand what I am asking and can offer some insight into this confusing situation? Thank you.
